From the Ingredients menu in Nutrition, select New or Edit Ingredient

The Ingredient Details dialog enables you to modify details for a particular ingredient.

Descriptions

•Name:  Specifies the name of the ingredient.

•Category: Sets a category used to organize ingredients.

•Fat (total): Specifies the total amount of fat per 100 grams.

•Fat (saturated): Specifies the amount of saturated fat per 100 grams.

•Carbohydrate (total): Specifies the total amount of carbohydrates per 100 grams.

•Carbohydrate (sugars): Specifies the amount of sugar carbohydrates per 100 grams.

•Protein: Specifies the amount of protein per 100 grams.

•Sodium: Specifies the amount of sodium per 100 grams.

•Fibre: Specifies the amount of fibre per 100 grams.

•Energy (kJ): Specifies the amount of energy in kilojoules per 100 grams.

•Calories (kcal): Specifies the amount of calories in kilocalories per 100 grams.
