From the File menu, select New Diary

The New Diary dialog enables you to create a new diary file.

Descriptions

•Folder: Specifies the folder where your diary file will be created.

•File: Sets a filename for your diary.

•Password Protect: Specifies whether the diary should be password protected. This can be adjusted later on as well.

•Open Automatically: Specifies whether the diary should be loaded automatically when SDS loads.

•Name: Specifies your name.

•Male / Female: Specifies your gender.

•Date of Birth: Specifies your date of birth.
