From the Shopping List menu in Nutrition, select Add or Edit

The Shopping List Item dialog enables you to modify details for a shopping list item.

Descriptions

•Name: Specifies the name of the item.

•Category: Sets a category used to organize items.

•Weight: Sets weight and units for the item.
